Central Station of Naples “Garibaldi”

Il San Cristoforo, located in the upper part of Herculaneum, is easily reachable from the Central Station of Naples “Garibaldi”.

In the event of an excursion to the UNESCO historical city or business appointments in the hinterland, it is possible to easily use public transport and private transport.

From Naples Central Station it is possible to reach Il San Cristoforo with:

  • the Circumvesuviana Line Naples-Pompeii-Sorrento
  • the Naples-Salerno Railway stop in Portici/Ercolano, the first railway line built in the Italian peninsula, in the territory at the time part of the kingdom of the Two Sicilies, inaugurated on October 3, 1839
  • the A3 Napoli-Salerno motorway, exit Ercolano Scavi

Before departure, it is advisable to check the possibility of using the shuttle service at scheduled times.
