Pour c\u00e9l\u00e9brer le meilleur de chaque saison, le<strong> chef ex\u00e9cutif Edoardo Giglio<\/strong> combine des ingr\u00e9dients frais et r\u00e9gionaux pour offrir un menu all\u00e9chant. Tous les ingr\u00e9dients soigneusement s\u00e9lectionn\u00e9s figurent dans un menu aussi parfait pour un d\u00e9jeuner l\u00e9ger que pour un d\u00eener magnifique.<\/p>\n<p>Notre id\u00e9e de la cuisine est fortement bas\u00e9e sur la tradition et le respect du territoire dans lequel les connaissances et les techniques se m\u00ealent aux rebondissements et aux cultures de diff\u00e9rentes parties du monde.
